Moonlight Brew Guide
1. Pour Over (V60 or Similar)
Highlights clarity and sweetness.

Coffee: 18g

Water: 300g

Grind: Medium-fine (like table salt)

Water Temp: 94°C / 201°F

Total Brew Time: 3:00–3:30 min
Steps:

Rinse filter and add ground coffee.

Bloom with 40g water for 30–45 sec.

Slowly pour remaining water in circles.

Let it draw down and enjoy.
2. Filter (Batch Brew / Home Coffee Maker)
Great for larger servings with a smooth profile.

Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 60g per litre (1g per ~16g water)

Grind: Medium (like sand)

Water Temp: 93–96°C

Brew Time: Based on your machine (~5–6 min)
Steps:

Use filtered water.

Add coffee and set machine as usual.

Brew and serve.
Expect a clean, balanced cup with notes of dark chocolate and pecan.
3. Espresso
Brings out bold body and rich sweetness.

Time: 27–30 seconds

Temp: 93–94°C
Steps:

Use a medium-fine grind.

Tamp evenly and pull your shot.

Adjust grind for time: finer if too fast, coarser if too slow.
Taste should be sweet, rich, and full-bodied.
